About us.
The Tulare Downtown Association is a Business Improvement District in Downtown Tulare, CA. We represent nearly 300 businesses within a 30-block area of the downtown that includes City Hall, the Police Department, Library and City Council Chambers, as well as retail and service businesses in a mixed-use environment. The Association is a 501(c)6.
To help us promote the downtown, provide activities and events to support the community as well as provide additional services over and above what the City of Tulare or the Association can provide, we also operate the Tulare Downtown Foundation, a 501(c)3 charity.
