Here’s a list of events coming up produced by the Tulare Downtown Foundation. With our partners, we seek to provide fun and exciting events in the downtown district of Tulare, CA. Working with our sponsors like Land O’ Lakes, Saputo Cheese USA, Tulare County Federal Credit Union, ResCom Pest Control, Altsys Solar Inc. among others, we provide one-of-a-kind events that other communities don’t have and traditional events every community seeks. Jack O Lantern Jubilee and Wild West Wagon Ride

Set aside the afternoon and evening of October 18, 2025 to join us in downtown Tulare for tons of fun, candy, games and more

The event takes place at the intersection of Kern Avenue and K Street in Downtown Tulare. Wear a costume and come ready to get a free trick-or-treat bag (while supplies last).

There’s a variety of things to do. Visit carnival style booths to play games and win candy. Participate in the costume contest. Make Halloween related projects at our sponsors booths and tables.

Ride the Wild West Wagon ride that takes you through the streets of downtown to hear about ghostly stories of yesteryear and some of the strange and bizarre things that have happened in and around Tulare.

Wine & Beer Tasting

Set aside the evening of November 6, 2025 to join us in downtown Tulare for wine and beer sampling, music, food and more

The event starts at the intersection of Kern Avenue and K Street in Downtown Tulare. Purchase a wristband by clicking here. You must be at least 21 years of age to participate

Redeem your tickets at the welcome table and get your wristband and a map of participating businesses.

Make your way to each business and have them sign off on your map. Return the map to the welcome table for a chance to win a prize!
